A Major Revitalization Project in Vieux-Pointe-aux-Trembles
Phase 1: Three new residential and commercial buildings on either side of Notre-Dame Street.
All three buildings will be eligible for LEED certification and much of the area will be dedicated to greening.

This revitalization project was developed by the Société de développement Angus, a non-profit social economy enterprise whose mission is to revitalize the area.
The SDA is known for several urban revitalization projects that benefit local communities, including its flagship project, the Technopôle Angus. The SDA was also behind Carré Saint-Laurent and 2 – 22 as part of a revitalization project for the Quartier des spectacles in Montreal.
